Mindful Walking - 24 November 2025
'Mindful walking keeps showing me
how much changes when I slow down enough to notice.'
I walked my usual route this Sunday, the same path and route I wrote about in a recent blog about mindful walking. Even though the route is very familiar and only a week or so between the walks, it felt different this time.
The light was softer, the colours shifted, and the air was much colder. Small details caught my attention that I hadn’t noticed before, reminding me that every mindful step brings something new.
